The Celeste Fig is considered the most widely planted fig east of the Mississippi River. Celeste tolerates lower temperatures than any fig other than Brown Turkey. Medium size fruits, violet skin, flesh can be white to rose in color. Firm, juicy, and sweet. The Celeste dries beautifully. Shipped spring only. Zones 6-9
