It isn’t just super hardy, though that comes first. The juice of this peach absolutely drips with peach flavor. Keeps its flavor frozen or canned. It’s freestone, without a trace of bitterness. It resists bruising. When peeled and cut, it holds its sunshine-golden color without using an anti-oxidant. It even looks good, with bright red skin splashed with a burst of yellow.
