Hybrid Willows The Hybrid Willows don’t grow – they zoom! Great Looking Privacy—FAST! For fast shade, privacy, wind protection or erosion control, the Hybrid Willow is the champ. Their dense, heavy green foliage is almost impenetrable and can reach 40 ft. in only 5 years. They flourish in wet heavy soils or just as well in dry, sandy loam, Hardy to 35 below zero. When planting a hedge/windbreak, plant the Hybrid Willow 10 feet apart. Shipped spring only. Zones 4-8
