4 cups
rhubarb, cut up
1 cup granulated sugar
1 - 3oz. Package Strawberry Jello
1 package white cake mix
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup hot water
Place
rhubarb in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle sugar, then Jell-O and
lastly, cake mix on top. Melt butter in hot water. Pour water and butter
mixture over the top. Bake in 350°F oven for one hour. Serve warm with
whipped topping or ice cream. Delicious!
